Managing Partner Tran Anh Huy

Mr. TranAnh Huy graduated from the Institute of International Relations, majored in International Law (2003), Hanoi Law University (2008) and obtained a Master Degree in Law and Economics from the University of Tours (Program in cooperation with Foreign Trade University sponsored by French Government, 2009).

Mr. Huy has more than 15 years of professional experience in legal consultancy as an attorney for law firms and major economic groups in the country and abroad. Besides, Mr.Huy is also deeply involved in legal and policy research activities related to the fields of investment, technology development, e-commerce and international trade. He participates in the training of international integration lawyers at the Judicial Academy and organizes the management of a number of shared technology and economic development projects in Vietnam.

Mr. Huy’s legal consultancy and dispute resolution services includes many fields, such as businesses, investments, information and communication technology, e-commerce, international trade, real estate, protection of consumer rights, etc.

Partner Nguyễn Hoàng Long

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Long graduated from the Institute of International Relations, majoring in International Law (2003) and earned a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics from the University of Tours (Cooperative training program with Foreign Trade University by the Government, French Government funded, 2007).

Mr. Long used to be the Head of Legal Department of Viettel International Investment Joint Stock Company (Viettel Global); Internal lawyer for Presvoir Vietnam Life Insurance Co., Ltd, lawyer for Vietnam International Law Office VILAF – Hong Duc, legal expert for the Supporting Improvement Project how the Law (LERAP)..

Ms. Tran Thi Quang Hong graduated with a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Hanoi Law University and a PhD in business and commerce law from Monash University,Australia.

She has over 20 years of experience working in various positions, including policy-making, research and legal consultancy in the field of civil – economic law.  Ms. Hong has many works published in the country and abroad. She participated in the elaboration and interpretation of many Vietnamese laws and she is highly experienced in contract drafting, internal process consultancy, ensuring compliance and advising on dispute resolution for a number of businesses operating in the fields of investment, securities and real estate.

Ms. Hong is also a consultant for several international organizations, such as ADB, Blue Dragon. She has been awarded for the best essay at the 12th Annual Meeting of the Asian National University of Singapore (2015) and was recognized by VCCI for her contributions to the Vietnamese business legal system (2014).

Mr. Can Yaman ACAR is a Turkish jurist. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Bach  Representative of ICTLAW at the US and Canada

The US & Canada Market

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Bach graduated from Hanoi National University in 2001. He obtained Master Degree in International Business law of University Francois Rabelais de Tours in 2009. In 2010, he took scholarship of Canada Government to study at the Sherbrook University for the PhD degree in International Law and Legal Studies. After having PhD degree in international law, Mr. Bach was interested much in environment and sustainable development, so the continue to study to obtain Master’s Degree in Environment and Sustainable Development of  Sherbrook University.

Regarding experience, after graduating from Hanoi National University in 2001, Mr. Bach had 5 years to run a startup company in the sector of decoration and high standard furniture. He also worked as international cooperation coordinator at the National Economics University from 2008 – 2011. Since 2011, Mr. Bach have been living in Canada and have much experience for legal and business with Canadian and Vietnamese partners.

Mr. Bach is an expert in environment and sustainable development. He has more than 5 years of professional experiences in project management. He had successfully supported many Vietnamese companies to trade in the US and Canada Market. As ICTLaw’s representative in the US and Canada market, Mr. Bach will continue to give much support to Vietnam motherland.

Ms. Pham Le Giang  Representative of ICTLAW at the Norway and Northwest Europe

Ms. Pham Le Giang graduated from Hanoi University of Culture in 2007, then obtain Master’s Degree in Marketing and Business Management at University of Ulsan.

She has over 7 years of experience in helping Vietnamese and foreign companies ENTER & EXPAND their mobile products & services and social networking sites using all forms of communication media, such as: MonsterMob Group PLC, UK; MDV JSC, IDG Ventures Viet Nam, Galaxy Thien Ngan Group; NAISS Co., Ltd (Seoul, Korea),… She also has more than 15 years of extensive international experience working with several companies specializing in telecom and IT, social media, construction environment and commerce.

Ms. Pham Le Giang has worked 10 years in South Korea and the last 8 years in Norway. She has a wealth of experience in strategic management, corporate judgments and corporate development and has held various board positions in both public and private companies internationally.

She mastered several languages including English (excellent), Japanese (excellent), Norwegian (good),
Korean (good).

Ms. Tran Lan Phuong  Representative of ICTLAW at Japan

Ms. Tran Thi Lan Phuong graduated from Hanoi Law University specializing in International Law in 2008, Hanoi University specializing in English Language in 2011 and is studying masters at the Faculty of Law, Nagoya University, Ai Chi Province, Japan (The Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship by Japanese Grand Aid 2019-2021 – JDS).

Ms. Phuong has more than 10 years of experience in conducting research, implementing and coordinating international cooperation projects at the Institute of Legal Studies. To establish and maintain a relationship with foreign partners in implementing international cooperation in the Institute.

Her field of expertise: research, policy proposals related to international law, children’s citizenship issues and issues relating to migration and refugees.

Ms. Phuong is now living in Japan and act as ICT’s representative in Japan. She is dedicated for attracting investment from Japan to Vietnam and support Vietnamese products to enter into the market of Japan

Ms. Rachel Nguyen Isenschmid   Representative of ICTLAW at Switzerland and Central Eurpore

Ms. Rachel Nguyen Isenschmid graduated from ESA Business School, majoring in Marketing Management in 2008 then obtained Master of Science in Product Management of University of West London  and MBA Degree from STF Schweizerische Textilfachschule (Switzerland) in 2019. Ms. Ms. Rachel Nguyen Isenschmid is the founder of KIBV foundation (KIBV – Keep It Beautiful Vietnam). KIBV is an international non-governmental organization that aims to foster the sustainable development of Vietnam through environment, education, social and culture promotion . The organization headquartered in Switzerland has been granted the Project Certificate of Registration status in Vietnam in 2018. Since its inception, KIBV has engaged in various activities towards a sustainable direction in accordance with KIBV’s goal and mission

Ms. Rachel Nguyen Isenschmid is now living in Switzerland from 2016. She has much experience in marketing, fashion industry and international trade. Act as ICTLAW’s representative in Switzerland and Central Eurpore, she will collaborate with ICT’s other members to support to introduce Vietnamese high quality products to the market of Central Eurpore.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Hoang Uyen   Representative of ICTLAW at Sweeden

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Hoang Uyen obtained Bachelor of Science, majoring in Chemical from Hochiminh City University of Science, VNU HCMC in 2005 then got Master of International & SMEs Entrepreneurship from Paris-Est Créteil University – France in 2013. She also got several diploma in IP, Entrepreneurship Management, HACCP, Quality & Stable Development,…

Ms. Uyen had much experience in science and technology sectors. She had worked for many big science & research institutions, like: Quality Assurance and Testing Center 3; Safety inspection and Environment Industry Center II; Science and Technology Foundation; Intellectual Property and Transfer Technology Center – Vietnam National University HCMC.

She also have intensive experience in marketing, business management and international trade promotion, such as having worked as CEO for HoneyB Co., ltd; in charge of setting up and managing marketing department in Vietnam for Veterinary Medicine and Vaccine and worked as marketing Asia Manager for Animal Care & Plant Care for Olmix Asialand Vietnam Co., ltd – Olmix Group (French).

She went to live permanently in Sweden from 2019. She joins ICTLAW International from October 2020 and in charge of trade promotion services between Vietnam and Sweden.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa  Representative of ICTLAW at Russia and Ukrain

Russia and Ukraine

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa graduated from L.N. Tolstoy of Tula State of Russia in 2015. Ms. Hoa has much experience in supporting Vietnamese traders  and manufacturers in sales and marketing in Russia and Ukraina Market.

Ms. Hoa’s  family has been living in Russia  from 1990s therefore she has deeply understanding on Russia and Ukrain Business environments and have strong relationship with Russia business partners.

Ms. Hoa has successful to support many well-known Vietnamese brand to enter into the market of Russia, such as Vinatea, Dalat wine. She also support Vietnamese community in Russia for trading in Vietnam and has strong relationship with Vietnamese communities in Russia, Ukrain and some other  coutries of Eastern Europe.

Ms. Hoa is representative of ICTLAW at Russia and Ukrain. She will contribute much for supporting Vietnamese enterprises to promote their international business, especially in the market of Russia and Ukrain.

Mrs. Tran Thi Quang Hong  Representative of ICTLAW in Australia and New Zealand

Australia and New Zealand

Ms. Tran Thi Quang Hong is a partner of ICTLAW. She has more than 20 years in legal affairs in Vietnam. She is also a consultant for several international organizations such as ADB, Blue Dragon. Ms. Hong has been awarded for the best essay at the 12th Annual Meeting by the Asian National University of Singapore (2015) and was recognized by VCCI for her contributions to the Vietnamese business legal system (2014). She is now Deputy  Chairman in charge of foreign affairs of Hanoi International Arbitration Center (HIAC).

Ms. Hong moved to live permanently in Australia since December 2019 and act as ICTLAW’s representative there. She now actively participate into many business association in Australia. Ms. Hong could give much support to introduce Vietnamese products to the market of Australia and New Zealand. She will also be in charge to coordinate with the Australia Government and business association there to attract Australia and New Zealand Investment to Vietnam.

Ms. Cao Viet Nga – Representative of ICTLAW in Taiwan

Taiwan

Ms. Cao Viet Nga graduated from Hanoi University in 2001 then she went aboard to study at Tam Kang University of Taiwan National University from 2002 until 208. Ms. Nga has more than 15 years living and working in Taiwan where she had built a good network with businesses and associations there.

Ms. Nga has much experience in supporting Taiwan investors to research and conduct direct investment n Vietnam. She also advised some Taiwan associations for promotion of business and trade between Taiwan and Vietnam.

Ms. Nga is now living in Vietnam but she travel to Taiwan regularly and act as business coordinator for Vietnamese and Taiwan companies. She is ICTLAW’s representative for the market of Taiwan.

Mr. Thi graduated from Hanoi Law University in 2005 and obtained a Master’s Degree in Law and Economy from Tours University (France) in 2008.  In 2006, Mr. Thi was granted a law profession certificate.  Mr. Thi has over 15 years of experience in the field of land law and environment protection law.He also has much experience in advising legal matters in relation to construction, real estate and industrial sectors.

Mr. Nguyen Van Ha – Senior legal Counsel

Mr. Nguyen Van Ha graduated from Hanoi Law University in 2008 and studied abroad in legal affairs in China, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Switzerland.

Mr. Ha has over 10 years of professional development in the field of law. Areas of expertise: Information technology, energy, heavy industry, commerce, real estate and stock exchange.

Ms. Do Minh Huong – Senior Legal Counsel

Ms. Do Minh Huong graduated from Hanoi Law University in 2007, Hanoi National University of Foreign Studies in 2008 and earned a Master’s degree in Law from Hanoi Law University in 2014.

Ms. Huong has over 10 years working as a legal, legal advisory at the National Assembly Office, Leadco Law Firm and  advised many foreign investors to carry out investment projects in Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Phuc Bac – Senior Legal Counsel

Mr. Nguyen Phuc Bac graduated from Ho Chi Minh University of Law in 2013 and obtained lawyer license in 2020.

After graduation, Mr. Bac worked for Samsung Electronics SEHC in Hochiminh City from 2014 until 2018. After leaving Samsung, he worked for some other big corporations as in-house legal counsel.

Mr. Bac has nearly 10 years working in legal fields, he has strong experience in giving legal consultancy services to Vietnamese  and foreign clients.

Ms. Vu Thi Thu Thuy – Legal Advisor

Ms. Vu Thi Thu Thuy graduated from Open University, majored in law in 2013 and is currently attending Lawyer Training Class at Hanoi Academy of Justice and apprenticeship at ICTLAW.

Ms. Thuy has more than 7 years of experience in corporate law, internal legal consultancy and corporate governance in businesses: Community Law Firm, Honda, GTNFoods Group and some other real estate companies. She also has much experience in dispute settlements for foreign clients.

Mr. Hà Duy Tân – Senior Legal Advisor

Mr. Hà Duy Tân graduated from the University of Law in 2012, National University of Foreign Languages ​​in 2014 and earned a Master’s degree in Law from Open University in 2018.

Mr. Tân has more than 7 years of experience in Social security, civil, administration, advertising, trade, investment, business.He has good relationship with many governmental offices.

Mr. Tan is currently working at Department of Local Culture, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and act as Senior Legal Advisor at ICTLAW.

Mr. Bui Van Huyen –  Head of IP Team

Mr. Bui Van Huyen graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2000 and obtained Master Degree in IT in 2008. He aslo spent many years for sutying network security, wireless network, multicast technology of AIT Thailand, AIT& Vnaren, Information Technology Institute. Mr. Bui Van Huyen has more then 20 years experience in networking management and IT system development and advise many foreign clients for the protection of patents in Vietnam.

Deputy Head of IP Team – PhD. Le Nguyen Thu Ha

Ms. Le Nguyen Thu Ha graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, majoring in food technology and biotechnology in 2007. She obtained master degree in food science and sensoriality and behavior of Agrosup Dijong (France) in 2008 and PhD Degree in biology of interactions and ecology of University Cote D’Azur (France) in 2017. She has intensive education, knowledge and experience in biotechnology.

 Mr. Phi Tung Lam – Patent Counsel

Mr. Phi Tung Lam graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2010, majoring in Information Technology. He spent many years working for Information Technology Institute, belonging to the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. Mr. Lam has intensive experience in IT sector. He had participated into many projects to build some very complicated software and AI technology in Vietnam. He also has many experience in working with foreign clients in IP sectors.

 Mr. Tran The Hiep – International Trade Counsel

Mr. Hiep graduated from Hanoi Commerce University in 2001 and obtained a Master’s Degree in Economy from the same University in 2008. Mr. Hiep has over 18 years of experience in the field of international trade. He had supported many Vietnamese companies for exporting their products to the European and Japanese markets and foreign traders to build distribution channels in the market of Vietnam.

Mr. Le Van Long – Patent Counsel

Mr. Le Van Long graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2008, majoring in Physic & Science. He also had some short training courses in oversea for improving technical skills. He has nearly 10 years working experience in R&D for hi-tech products in Vietnam and have deeply knowledge in fields of energy and new physic materials. He in charge of Telecommunication technology fields at ICTLAW.

Ms. Dao Thi Ha Anh – Trademark Counsel

Ms. Dao Thi Ha Anh graduated from Hanoi Commercial University in 2010 and obtained MBA degree in 2013 at the same university. She will obtain a Ph.D degree in business administration from the Social Science Institute in April 2021. Ms. Ha Anh has many years experience in trademark matters, she has supported many foreign clients to handle IPR enforcement for their trademarks in Vietnam and internationally.

Mr. Dao Chi Thanh is currently Director of the Institute of Electronic Technology, belonging to Vietnam union of Science and Technology Association.

Mr. Thanh graduated from Military Technical University, Vietnam in 1980, obtained the Ph.D degree in radar technology from Moscow State Technical University of Civil aviation, Russia in 2000 and Doctor in science diploma from Moscow State Technical University of Civil aviation, Russia in 2003.

Mr. Thanh has more than 40 years experience in the fields of telecommunication, radar technology. He has strong network with leaders of science and technology ministry, ministry of information and communication as well as many R&D institutions in Vietnam and oversea.

Senior Advisor. Nguyen Van Thanh

Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh is former senior advisor for Samsung Manufacturing Complex. He was successful in supporting Samsung to enjoy the best investment incentives and investment supports from the Vietnamese government and local authorities where Samsung’s project located.

Mr. Thanh graduated from Hanoi Law University and Trade Union Institute in Russia. He had spent many years worked as leader or Commercial office of Ha Bac Province, chairman of trade union at Bac Ninh Industrial Zones of Bac Ninh Industry Zones Authorities. Mr. Thanh has board knowledge and experience on examining investment projects in the north of Vietnam. He also have a strong network with local authorities of many provinces in Vietnam.

Senior Advisor Mr. Ha Dinh Bon

Mr. Ha Dinh Bon is former head of legal division of the Ministry of Labour, War invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam. He is now an arbitrator at Hanoi International Arbitration Center.

Mr. Bon graduated from Hanoi Law University, Thai Nguyen University, Master Degree of LuZon University in Philippin, and Hochiminh National Political Institute.

He has more than 40-year experience in legal affairs and more than 30 years working as a leader of legal affairs of the Labor Ministry. He is the author of the labor code of Vietnam in 2012. Beside being a senior expert on Vietnamese legislation system, Mr. Bon has a strong relationship with international organization n Vietnam as well as high level officers of the Vietnamese government.
